Oxygen cylinder regulators were delivered today and immediately put to use. Entebbe Hospital had run out of them and there was a severely hypoxemic patient who was able to receive oxygen therapy. 

Thanks to our early supporters, CHART-A has already advanced HIV/TB research, funded trainee education, and equipped clinical teams with essential tools across four African countries. These investments are building long-term capacity and improving care where it’s needed most.

The CHART-A non-profit (a 501(c)(3)) was established in June 2025, bringing together an international group of clinicians, researchers, social workers, and advocates to support ongoing work in Africa and beyond.
